Friends of Moon's Moat
The Friends of Moon's Moat are a group of parents, teachers and staff who are responsible for fundraising and organising fun, social events.
We had a very successful Summer Fair in July and plan to organise an Autumn event for the children. Our Christmas Fair is held in December, when we hope for a visit from Father Christmas! We look forward to seeing as many parents/grandparents as possible at this event.
Looking ahead we are hoping to book another event in the Spring Term.
We have recently raised enough money to have a bike & scooter rack installed on the playground and an outside PA system which we used at the Summer Fair and Sports Days.
The equipment provided by the Friends Association benefits all the children in school.
Without your help we would not be able to raise any money or have successful events. We rely on parents helping as little or much as they can. If you are able to help in any way at all please speak with one of the committee members.
Following the AGM on 18th October, 2017 the following officers were elected:
Sam Taylor (Parent) - Chair
Elaine Bench (parent) - Vice chair
Sarah Crane (school office) - Secretary
Jackie Foster (school office) - Treasurer
Five other committee members attended the meeting.
